All the stuff regarding Postage, Shipping and Returns:

Simple version:

Postage and Packing is £2.74 per order regardless of weight, size or number of items in the order and is normally dispatched within 24 hours via first class recorded or special delivery within the UK subject to stock. Basically, if it's got a UK post code then it's £2.74.

For international shipping orders there is an additional International Shipping Fee of £2.49 on top of the £2.74.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order then just contact us or telephone us to let us know and we'll get straight on to it.

You're well within your rights to cancel your order within seven days of the arrival of your goods but ideally we must have the goods back unopened and in the same condition they were sent.

The Official Version:

Delivery:   Subject to availability delivery is usually within 3-6 days for UK and Ireland orders as they are dispatched within 48 hours. Overseas orders may take slightly longer.

Returns Procedure

If your product is defective in any way please email us using the contact form. Defective items will be replaced upon receipt of the defective product. All defective returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

All returned products must be returned in the original boxes with all contents included. Email us with the following details:

1. Your name and order number.

2. Your e-mail address.

3. The product title being returned.

4. Description of the fault.

Once we receive your email we will send you an RMA and return postal address.

Cancellation/Non-faulty Returns

You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days after receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have any payment returned to you.

If you cancel after shipment of any goods, you must return them to us within 14 days if they are faulty, or within 7 days if the goods are incorrect or not required.

Due to hygiene considerations we are only able to accept returns of items for any reason other than faulty goods if the packaging and/or security seal is unbroken. All goods must be returned with their packaging intact and in their original condition.
